Introduction
Corawell (hereinafter “Service”) is a family orientated business that empowers users with detailed Health and Safety Services and Products. The Service is located at https://www.corawell.co.za/ (hereinafter “Service Website”) and is operated by Corawell (Pty) Ltd (hereinafter “Corawell,” “we,” or “us”). For the purposes of these Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”), “you” and “your” shall mean an individual or legal entity eligible to be bound by these Terms.
2) Legal Agreement Corawell provides its services subject to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully. By completing the quotation process on the Service Website and/or to a relevant member of Corawell (Pty) Ltd By accepting these Terms or by using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the Service and leave the Service Website immediately. If you use the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms on the entity’s behalf, and that the entity agrees to indemnify you and Corawell for any violations of these Terms. Corawell reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time without prior notice. Such modifications will take effect when posted on the Corawell website at https://www.corawell.co.za/. By continuing to use the Service after modifications are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. It is important that you review these Terms each time you make use of the Service.
3) Registration To start the process of requesting a quote or service, you must complete the “Get a Quote” tab on the Corawell Website, providing your email address, name, and other necessary information. Your email address is used to create your query request You must be a human; accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted and will be considered invalid use of the Service. The Service is available only to users who are at least 18 years old. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information and maintain the security of your email. You accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and agree to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4) Grant of Right to Use Subject to these Terms, Corawell grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Service solely according to your request. You may only use the relevant Corawell services as agreed on by both parties. The Service is currently available to South African clients only.
5) Terms of Payment and Refunds The Service is provided on a approval via PO or signed signature basis. When adding additional services, this will be conducted through a additional quote proposal whereby approval is required. All subscription payments are processed through secure methods provided by the South African Banking agencies. If payments are overdue for the approved billing periods, Corawell will allow a 14-day grace period. If payment is not made within this period, your account will be in query and further actions will be taken upon notification by Corawell (Pty) Ltd
6) Increases Fees are subject to an annual increase in January, aligned with the Consumer Price Index (CPIX).
7) Confidentiality Corawell will not share your reports or other information with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Your privacy is very important to us, and your use of our Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8) Disclaimer To the extent permitted by South African law, Corawell and its affiliates, officers, employees, authorized dealerships, and partners disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9) Limitation of Liability To the extent allowed under South African law, Corawell and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our liability will be limited to Fifty Thousand Rand (R50,000), regardless of the cause of action.
10) General These Terms are governed by South African law. Any legal disputes must be brought in the Magistrate Court of South Africa. By using the Service, you agree to receive occasional emails regarding information and the Service itself. These emails form part of your relationship with Corawell.
